Who we share your data with

Hubspot

We will share the information you consent to provide us with Hubspot to manage information about our existing and potential clients. Your information is securely stored with Hubspot, on AWS in Germany.

We keep your contact information for three years after you last contacted us. We will then dispose of your information by performing a permanent delete in Hubspot. Aggregate information will remain, but your personal information is not identifiable.

Hubspot uses cookies to remember your session, enable you to use the chatflow to communicate with us and help us understand how you are using our website.

Hubspot does not send the data about you to any other sub-processors or third parties and does not use it for its own purposes. For more information, read Hubspot’s privacy policy here.

Microsoft Clarity

We partner with Microsoft Clarity to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioural metrics, heatmaps, and session replay to improve and market our products/services. Website usage data is captured using first and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine the popularity of products/services and online activity. Additionally, we use this information for site optimization and fraud/security purposes.

Piwik Pro Analytics

We use Piwik PRO Analytics Suite as our website analytics software and consent management tool. We collect data about website visitors based on cookies. The collected information may include a visitor’s IP address, operating system, browser ID, browsing activity and other information. See the scope of data collected by Piwik PRO.

We calculate metrics like bounce rate, page views, sessions and the like to understand how our website is used. We may also create visitors’ profiles based on browsing history to analyze visitor behaviour, show personalised content and run online campaigns.

We host our solution on Microsoft Azure in Germany, and the data is stored for 14 months.

The purpose of data processing: analytics and conversion tracking based on consent. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR.

Freeformers Associates

We may share your name and contact details with our Associates if it is needed to perform essential business functions. Associates will follow the same procedures and policies as Freeformers employees.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
