We then create a series of workshops, large scale events and interactive online content that targets the broad community who are shaping your business. This might include management teams, top talent, frontline staff, and people in key departments. The Digital Champions drive this community.
We then provide Digital Champions with the tools to activate thousands of staff across the business. This can take the form of a ‘train the trainer’ programme, or a campaign of online content. Both approaches are often supported by an online platform where all content is hosted and community interaction takes place. We help you build the community, and implement the relevant rewards and recognition programmes.
