At Freeformers, our mission is to build a digital economy for all by creating the future workforce now. But we cannot do that alone.
That is why we have created the Future Workforce Partnership, an initiative focused on collaboration, sharing and inclusivity.
Our aim is to become the biggest network of youth organisations; supporting each other, sharing opportunities, collaborating together on projects and celebrating successes. We believe this will allow us all to maximise the results of our collective and individual missions.
We understand each organisation signing up will have differences in mission model, brand and delivery. However, the overriding aim of all those within the Future Workforce Partnership will be to help young people reach their potential and build their confidence.
If your goals are youth-led and you are willing to continually hold yourself accountable to that mission, then here’s how you can get involved...
Join our private Facebook group
Share your story, opportunities you offer and highlight your work, so all of those in the FWP can then share it to their networks. By talking about what we’re doing, we can create many more useful opportunities for young people. You can find our Facebook group here.
Join us at Future Workforce Partnership Drinks and Discovery events
There will be regular opportunities to meet other members of the FWP in person at events we will be holding - our next Drinks and Discovery event will be coming soon! This is a great opportunity to identify and talk about collaborations, broaden your reach, make new connections and chat informally to others doing similar work or in similar positions about your plans and problems. Plus there will always be drinks and nibbles!
Feature in the Future Workforce Partnership ‘Viewsletter’
Our forthcoming regular video newsletter will be the place to get all the latest updates from the Future Workforce Partnership and do your own shoutouts. You will be able to share updates with us and tell every other member about your news and achievements and put out calls for help. Don’t worry, we’re not looking for Spielberg-esque filming techniques… a smartphone video will do. But first you have to join the Partnership.
Sign our Future Workforce Charter
The Future Workforce Charter (coming soon) will be an opportunity for us to co-create the values of this initiative while each pledging to support and collaborate in the growth and goals of the Future Workforce Partnership.
As the Future Workforce Partnership founder, Freeformers is committed to undertaking all the admin and organisation needed to keep everyone connected while making it easy for all members to collaborate.
As part of our Future Workforce Model, later in 2018 we will also launch a free to access Personal Brand and Digital Employability online learning syllabus for Partnership members with an accompanying Masterclass and Delivery Toolkit. A free Twilight Session to give you the confidence to deliver this to your young people will also be offered too. We will send out more details soon.
